While 2022 had a lot of reactions when it came to festivals and events in Croatia, in 2023, Croatia will be hosting a wide range of festivals that cater to all kinds of musical tastes. Here's a look at some of the most exciting party festivals happening in Croatia in 2023:

Sea Star Festival

19th and 20th May 2023

Sea Star Festival is among the earliest events on the Croatia festival calendar, so it is popularly known as a party season opener!

Sea Star Festival is a part of the 'Exit Family', with the largest one being the Exit Festival in Novi Sad, Serbia, and other events in the neighboring countries. The festival should have its 22nd edition in 2023!

The festival takes place in Umag on the 19th & 20th of May 2023 and promises an incredible lineup of local and international DJs.

The plans for 2023 involve a beautiful and eclectic lineup starting from The Prodigy that is returning as headliner as well as Indira Paganotto.

Sea Star Festival has been nominated for the Best Medium-Sized Festival category at the European Festival Awards multiple times.

Lighthouse Festival, Poreč

25th and 29th May 2023

The charming coastal town of Poreč is home to some of the best underground electronic music around. The motto of the Lighthouse festival is “Electronic music on vacation” and this year it will be the 10th year

This year, festivalgoers will have the option of camping on the festival grounds.

Of course, there are also local hotels for those wishing to escape the outdoors.

Fresh Island Festival, Zrće Beach

26th to 28th June 2023

If you want to experience the best of Croatia, head to Pag! This hip-hop beach festival is definitely worth checking out. It celebrates electronic music and fashion with a lineup of some of the biggest names in the industry. In addition, Zrće Beach- located on Pag - offers stunning views for those who love sunbathing.

The Fresh Island Festival is happening this year in Zrce Beach, Croatia. This is an event that features some pretty big names from the world of hip hop performing – Snoop Dogg, Stormzy, Wiz Khalifa, Eve, Iggy Azalea, Nas, A$AP Rocky (from Pusha T's album), Rick Ross (from ASAP Rocky's album), Skepta and Method Man and Redman have all got the party going on Zrće Beach!

There are numerous pre- and after-parties happening on the day before the festival (25th June) and the day after (29th June). So whether you'd like to spend more time partying or reveling, there are plenty of options!

Hideout Festival, Zrće Beach

25th – 29th June 2023
